Finishing Engineer

• Oversee and execute all finishing works, including plaster, putty, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, doors, windows, and other interior finishes as per drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks for workmanship, material usage, and alignment with approved samples and mock-ups.
• Prepare and monitor finishing schedules, progress reports, snag lists, and closure of punch points.
• Ensure material planning, consumption tracking, and compliance with safety and housekeeping norms during finishing operations.
• Resolve site issues through coordination with architects, project managers, and subcontractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
