Finishing Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Finishing Engineer to inspect residential flats and villas during handover stages. The role involves identifying finishing defects, preparing inspection reports, and coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct finishing inspections at residential project sites
• Identify defects in tiling, painting, plastering, plumbing, electricals, doors, and windows
• Prepare photo-based inspection reports using mobile tools
• Interact professionally with clients during inspections
• Coordinate with team for report quality and submission
• Travel to sites as per inspection schedule

Work Model:

• Work From Home (initially for coordination and reporting)
• Hybrid model later (site inspections + remote work)

Qualifications:

• BE / BTech in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in residential finishing or site execution
• Good observation and defect-identification skills
• Basic documentation and smartphone skills

Preferred:

• Experience in handover or snag-list inspections
• Own two-wheeler
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
