Finishing Engineer Head

The Finishing Engineer at Prosperiti Homes Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for overseeing and managing all finishing works during the final stages of construction projects, ensuring high-quality execution of interior and exterior finishes. This role involves coordinating with contractors, supervising on-site activities, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and Prosperiti Homes Pvt. Ltd commitment to premium quality and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision of Finishing Works:

• Oversee the execution of finishing tasks, including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, carpentry, false ceilings, and façade installations, ensuring alignment with design specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to Prosperiti standards.

Quality Control and Assurance:

• Review architectural drawings, material specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Perform quality checks on materials (e.g., tiles, paints, fixtures) and workmanship, addressing discrepancies promptly.

Coordination and Communication:

• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of finishing works.
• Communicate progress and issues to the Site Manager and Project Manager, ensuring timely resolution.

Timeline and Resource Management:

• Monitor progress to ensure finishing works are completed within project timelines.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of finishing materials (e.g., sanitary fittings, lighting, hardware).

Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety regulations and industry standards during finishing activities, conducting site inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) occupancy certification standards.

Client Handover:

• Prepare finished areas for client inspections, addressing any concerns to ensure a smooth handover process.
• Document and resolve punch-list items before final delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 10-18years of experience in construction, with at least 10+ years focused on finishing works for High Rise Apartments or commercial projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
