Finishing Foreman

Role Purpose:
To supervise and ensure high-quality execution of all finishing works in luxury villa projects, maintaining workmanship standards, schedule adherence, and coordination with site teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision of Finishing Works

• Oversee all finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, carpentry, joinery installations, waterproofing, and final touches.
• Ensure all finishes meet approved drawings, material specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and rectify defects immediately.

2. Coordination & Monitoring

• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure finishing work is completed within schedule.
• Assist in sequencing activities to avoid delays and ensure proper handover stages.

3. Quality Control

• Implement quality checks at every stage of finishing.
• Report quality issues and follow up for corrective actions.
• Ensure mock-ups, samples, and material approvals are followed on-site.

4. Site Management

• Manage manpower allocation, productivity, and site discipline.
• Check material availability and coordinate with procurement for timely supply.
• Maintain site safety and cleanliness during finishing stages.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily progress reports and highlight delays or issues.
• Record inspections, snag lists, and closure of defects.
• Support handover documentation and final inspections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
