Finishing Foreman

Job Purpose

To supervise and manage all finishing activities at site, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise finishing works such as plaster, paint, block work, tiling, ceiling, gypsum, marble, joinery, and related civil finishes.
• Allocate tasks to workers and monitor daily site productivity.
• Ensure finishing works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with Site Engineer for work sequence, materials, and manpower.
• Check workmanship quality and rectify defects immediately.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Monitor material usage and avoid wastage.
• Maintain site discipline and safety practices.
• Report daily progress, issues, and site requirements to Site Engineer.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Technical certification preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction finishing works.
• UAE/GCC contracting experience preferred.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of finishing trades and site supervision.
• Ability to handle workforce efficiently.
• Good understanding of drawings and finishing details.
• Practical problem-solving skills.
