Finishing Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and quality-focused Finishing Site Engineer to oversee all finishing works at J7 Emporium.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site finishing activities, ensuring workmanship meets project standards, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and delivering high-quality finishing results within timelines. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and effective site coordination

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage finishing works, including:
• Plaster work, Paint work, Tile work, Block work, Glass work/Curtain wall, Ceiling work, Washroom fittings, Marble work, Kitchen interior, Wood work, Flooring (various types), PCC (Plain Cement Concrete), Hydronite concrete.
• Ensure quality and aesthetics meet project specifications and standards
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Prepare technical reports, daily reports, and progress reports
• Resolve site issues and troubleshoot problems• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation, including:
• Technical reports, Daily reports, Progress reports, Site meeting minutes, Quality control reports

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in finishing engineering, mandatory in high-rise building construction
• Bachelor's degree/DAE/B-Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field• Strong technical knowledge of finishing works and construction materials
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
