Job Summary

Brandscape Advertising is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Spray Painter & Polisher to join our fit-out and production team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in surface preparation, spray painting, polishing, and delivering high-quality finishes for interior fit-out, joinery, exhibition stands, and custom fabrication projects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, filling, patching, and priming.
• Apply paint, lacquer, varnish, and coatings using spray guns, rollers, or brushes to achieve smooth and high-quality finishes.
• Perform polishing, varnishing, and final finishing of wooden surfaces, furniture, kiosks, and fit-out elements.
• Mix and match paint colors according to project specifications and samples.
• Inspect finished surfaces to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Carry out touch-ups, repairs, and refinishing as required.
• Protect adjacent surfaces and materials from overspray or damage.
• Maintain painting and polishing tools, spray equipment, and work areas.
• Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE at all times.
• Coordinate with carpenters, fabricators, installers, and production supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Complete assigned tasks within project deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spray painting and polishing (fit-out, joinery, exhibition, or advertising industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of different paint types, polishing techniques, and finishing materials.
• Experience in handling spray guns and polishing machines.
• Good attention to detail and quality control standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
