Finishing Supervisor – Construction

Experience: 3–5 Years
Languages: Hindi & English (Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all finishing works on site, including painting, gypsum, tiling, carpentry, flooring, and other interior works.
• Ensure that all finishing activities meet quality standards, project specifications, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections to track progress and identify any issues or defects.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update the project manager.
• Ensure materials are available on time and report shortages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Finishing Supervisor in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing works and quality standards.
• Ability to read drawings and manage workers effectively.
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to BD300.000 per month
