FINISING FOREMAN FOR - INTERIOR FIT OUT

Urgently Required 2 ( number) Finishing Foreman with GCC Experienced(Minimum 5Year in Civil ) for a construction company in Sharjah.

• Oversee and coordinate all finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, joinery, and final fixtures.
• Deep knowledge and experience in Construction -Interior fit out
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Maintain high-quality standards in all finishing works.
• Inspect and approve completed tasks before handing over for final inspection.
• Direct and manage site laborers and subcontractors involved in finishing works.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
• Work closely with engineers, site supervisors, and safety officers.
• Coordinate the schedule of finishing works with MEP, civil, and structural teams to avoid delays.
• Request and verify required finishing materials.
• Ensure proper storage and usage of materials to reduce wastage.
• Track daily progress of finishing activities.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to the Project Engineer or Site Manager.
• Ensure all finishing work adheres to safety standards and company policies.
• Enforce the use of PPE and maintain a safe working environment.
• Address issues related to finishing details, coordination, or quality immediately to avoid rework or project delays.
