Fintech & Financial Services Of Counsel

Seeking experienced attorney to work on a variety of issues under the federal securities laws, including Investment Company Act status issues and opinions; broker-dealer and investment adviser status issues; counselling regarding broker-dealer and investment adviser registration and compliance; and setup of alternative investment platforms.

Much of the work will be with technology and early-stage companies. SEC experience is strongly preferred.

This position requires superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Location is flexible in most of our US based locations.

Compensation and Benefits

• $435,000 salary

• Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
