Role Overview

The Fintech Product Controller will be responsible for managing financial oversight of fintech products, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to align product performance with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial control and reporting for fintech products.
• Develop and implement product governance frameworks to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and finance teams to optimize performance.
• Conduct financial analysis, risk assessments, and profitability reviews.
• Prepare detailed reports and present insights to senior leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure accurate tracking of product performance.
• Support strategic initiatives in product development and market expansion.
• Mentor and guide junior finance staff to build expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial control, product management, or fintech operations.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, risk management, and product governance.
• Strong knowledge of fintech products, digital payments, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to RO2,400.000 per month
