Fintech Sales Director – Financial Consultant

Job Summary:

The Fintech Commercial Manager will support the Commercial Director in driving revenue growth, optimizing pricing strategies, and ensuring the commercial success of financial and tax advisory services. This role requires strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to align commercial decisions with regulatory and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Commercial Director in developing and executing commercial strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Contribute to annual business planning, including revenue targets and growth initiatives
  • Design, implement, and manage pricing models for tax and financial advisory services
  • Review financial proposals, engagement letters, and contracts to ensure profitability and competitiveness
  • Support negotiations with governmental entities and clients on fees, scope changes, and contract renewals
  • Act as a commercial escalation point for complex or high-value tax engagements
  • Collaborate with Finance to monitor billing, receivables, and financial forecasting
  • Ensure all commercial decisions comply with professional ethics, regulatory requirements, and company policies
  • Verify that contract terms align with local tax regulations, professional standards, and internal governance frameworks

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or professional certification is a plus)
  • Proven experience in commercial management, financial consulting, or fintech environments
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, financial modeling, and contract management.

At least 10 years of experience in financial consulting,

revenue development, or strategic planning

  • Experience working with tax services or regulatory frameworks is highly desirable
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
