Fire Alarm & Fighting Maintenance Engineer

• Supervise and coordinate daily work of technicians and helpers at site.
• Plan and assign maintenance, testing, and repair work to the team.
• Inspect and ensure proper functioning of all fire alarm and fire fighting systems.
• Guide technicians during troubleshooting and rectification works.
• Arrange and follow up for required materials and spare parts from appropriate suppliers.
• Verify that all maintenance works are carried out as per NFPA and Civil Defense standards.
• Prepare and submit maintenance reports and checklists on time.
• Ensure fire pumps, panels, detectors, sprinklers, and valves are tested and in good condition.
• Report any major issues or material requirements to management.
• Maintain proper coordination with clients and office team for scheduling and updates.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed by all team members during site work.
