FIRE ALARM & FIRE FIGHTING FOREMAN

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Foreman to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fire alarm systems and fire fighting equipment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems and fire fighting equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests of fire alarms, sprinklers, and other fire suppression systems.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with fire alarm systems and fire fighting equipment promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure seamless integration and functionality of fire safety systems.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on fire safety protocols and equipment handling.
• Respond to emergency situations and ensure the safety and security of personnel and property.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, fire fighting equipment, and relevant safety codes and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in fire alarm systems and fire fighting equipment (e.g., NICET, NFPA) are highly desirable.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in fire alarm systems and fire fighting equipment preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the fire safety industry, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
