Fire alarm foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation of fire alarm systems including detectors, control panels, call points, sounders, and cabling
• Allocate daily tasks to technicians and helpers and monitor progress
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved shop drawings and project specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and other MEP teams on site
• Conduct testing and commissioning of fire alarm systems
• Troubleshoot faults and ensure timely rectification
• Maintain site safety standards and enforce compliance with regulations
• Prepare daily work reports and progress updates
• Ensure proper use and handling of tools, equipment, and materials
• Support inspections with consultants and authorities when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fire alarm system installation and supervision
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems (conventional & addressable)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Experience in testing and commissioning works
• Good leadership and team management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
