Fire Alarm Technician

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join our team for testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire alarm and life safety systems. The ideal candidate will ensure proper installation, programming, and system handover in compliance with NFPA, local civil defense standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing, commissioning, and programming of fire alarm systems (addressable & conventional).
• Conduct loop tests, cause & effect checks, and system integration testing.
• Troubleshoot wiring, communication, and device faults.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and civil defense for inspections.
• Prepare commissioning reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Electrical Engineer
• 3–5 years’ experience in fire alarm testing & commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA local codes.
• Civil Defense certification (preferred).
