Fire Doors Estimation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for fire-rated steel and wooden doors.
• Review tender drawings, specifications, door schedules, and BOQs.
• Analyze project requirements including fire rating, hardware, ironmongery, and finishing.
• Coordinate with production and suppliers for material pricing.
• Prepare technical submittals and compliance sheets.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits when required.
• Support sales and project teams during negotiations and clarifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fire doors estimation.
• Strong knowledge of fire-rated doors, hardware, and relevant international standards (BS, UL, NFPA).
• Experience in Qatar market and Civil Defense requirements is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, costing, and communication skills.
