Fire Fighting Technician

Midas Electromechanical Contracting is looking for a Firefighting Technician to install, maintain, and repair fire protection systems, including fire pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, and hose reels. The candidate should have hands-on experience in firefighting system installation and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair firefighting systems (sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, and fire pumps).
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on fire suppression systems.
• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical and electrical faults in fire safety equipment.
• Test fire pumps, piping, and valves to ensure proper operation.
• Work with the team to ensure all firefighting systems meet safety standards.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or technical training in firefighting systems.
• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in firefighting system installation and maintenance.
• Skills:
• Experience with fire pumps, valves, sprinkler systems, and hose reel connections.
• Basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting fire pump panels is a plus.
• Understanding of NFPA standards and UAE Civil Defense regulations.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform manual tasks.

Pay: From AED1,800.00 per month
