Fire Safety Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Architect with QCDD approval to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and submitting fire life safety systems in compliance with QCDD regulations and local building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review fire life safety drawings (fire alarms, firefighting systems, smoke control).
• Submit drawings and documents for QCDD approvals.
• Ensure designs comply with NFPA codes, Qatar Civil Defence regulations, and local building codes.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors on fire safety matters.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance on fire protection systems.

Requirements:

• UPDA licensed Architect in Qatar.
• QCDD-approved Fire Life Safety Architect certification mandatory.
• Proven experience in fire protection systems design and QCDD submission.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and local fire safety codes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
