Job Objective
Lead and manage fire safety systems and programs across all facilities to ensure full compliance with local fire codes, civil defense regulations, and corporate standards. Promote a proactive fire prevention culture through inspections, testing, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibility

Oversee compliance with all fire safety regulations and corporate standards across facilities.

Manage operation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, hydrants, suppression systems, extinguishers, etc.).

Develop and implement fire safety protocols, evacuation plans, and emergency response procedures.

Conduct regular fire drills, system performance tests, and compliance audits.

Coordinate with local civil defense and regulatory authorities to maintain certifications and approvals.

Lead fire risk assessments, incident investigations, and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Manage staff fire safety training and certification programs.

Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, permits, and regulatory compliance.
Academic Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or related field.
Professional Experience Required

7- 9 years of fire safety or EHS experience, preferably in Civil Defense, industrial, or large-scale multi-site facilities.
Computing Skills

MS Office, Fire & Safety Management Systems, EHS Management Systems (e.g., Enablon, Intelex).
