Job Purpose:
To generate and close sales for Fire & Safety products and services through a target-driven approach, maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding Vortexen’s presence across industrial and infrastructure sectors in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Fire & Safety systems, materials, and maintenance services.
- Handle target-based sales, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Conduct meetings, site visits, and product presentations to EPC contractors, consultants, and facility management clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submissions in coordination with internal engineering teams.
- Maintain strong client connections with Civil Defence-approved contractors, consultants, and end users.
- Manage the full sales cycle — lead generation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up.
- Stay updated on UAE Fire & Safety codes, Civil Defence approvals, and tendering procedures.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in Fire & Safety product or service sales.
- Proven record in target-based sales closing and account management.
- Strong network of contacts within the Fire & Safety, Construction, and Oil & Gas industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Valid UAE Driving Licence – mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering / Fire & Safety / relevant technical field.
