The Vault Gun & Pawn is Kansas City's newest spot to buy / sell / trade / pawn. We are locally owned and operated with 12+ years of industry experience. We're all about customer service and creating a fun work environment for our people. 99% of our business is centered around firearms, accessories and ammo. We sell A LOT of firearms and are looking for those with firearms knowledge (a must!) and customer service experience (a plus!) to join our great sales team. We are also looking for someone experienced with CRM systems, website management, online sales and social media marketing to help expand our online presence.

Requirements & Responsibilities

Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure ATF compliance

Drive revenue by building relationships with customers to provide product recommendations and services, ensuring they leave with the complete package

Thrive in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy

Foster a welcoming environment that exceeds customer expectations and encourages repeat business
