Under occasional supervision, performs fire suppression duties and provides emergency medical treatment at the Firefighter/EMT or Firefighter/Paramedic level on an assigned shift. Performs duties in accordance with all established policies, procedures and medical protocol. Maintains and prepares required records and reports. Participates in training, fire prevention and education programs as required. Reports to the Lieutenant and/or Captain.

Vacation
Employees earn up to ten days vacation during their first year. Accrual begins from the first month of employment, but cannot be used until after the third month of employment.
