Firefighter, Part-Time

The Fox Crossing Fire Department is creating an eligibility list for the position of Part-Time Firefighter. Those hired will assist in providing coverage between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and around the clock on the weekends from Friday evening through Monday morning (12-hour shifts). EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
The position requires skills and abilities in Fire and EMS emergency response, fire inspections, apparatus driving and operation (if certified), public education, and customer service. A detailed position description is available by request.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION

The hiring process will include a physical abilities test, oral interview, skills assessment test, medical physical, drug test, and a pre-employment criminal background check.
