Firewall Administration

We are seeking a skilled Firewall Administrator / Network Security Engineer to join our security operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in firewall management, network security, and WAF administration, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant network environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls and WAFs to protect corporate networks.
• Manage VPNs, load balancers, and secure network traffic for internal and external services.
• Administer and optimize Fortinet, Arbor Networks, and VMware NSX-T solutions.
• Implement and enforce network security policies in line with industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Utilize automation tools to streamline firewall and network security operations.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, performing root cause analysis and remediation.
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and compliance teams to ensure secure infrastructure delivery.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Firewall Administrator, Network Security Engineer, or WAF Specialist.
• Hands on expertise with Fortinet, Arbor Networks, and VMware NSX-T, and load balancing technologies.
• Strong knowledge of VPNs, network protocols, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Experience with automation and scripting for network/security management.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
