Job Summary
Join our dynamic law firm as a Firm Administrator. If you’re organized, proactive, and have 1–5 years’ experience in law firm administration or similar, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage finances, payroll, and banking
  • Oversee HR, onboarding, and compliance
  • Support attorneys and staff
  • Handle office operations and facilities
  • Ensure compliance and assist with audits

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with QuickBooks, Payroll, HR, Law Pay, and Microsoft Office 365 is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential info
