The Master Trainer – First Aid will be responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating first aid training programs for site personnel in a mechanical construction environment. The role ensures that all workers and supervisors are equipped with essential life-saving and emergency response skills in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct first aid training sessions for employees, supervisors, and site workers at various construction sites.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and demonstration kits in line with recognised first aid standards (Red Cross / St. John / Indian Health & Safety guidelines).

- Provide practical demonstrations on CPR, bleeding control, fracture management, burns, and other emergency procedures.

- Coordinate with the HSE department to identify high-risk areas and ensure adequate first aid preparedness.

- Maintain training attendance records, evaluation reports, and certification databases.

- Conduct mock drills and emergency response simulations on site.

- Inspect and ensure availability and readiness of first aid boxes and medical equipment at all site locations.

- Support incident response as a resource person during medical emergencies.

- Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing / Paramedical / Occupational Health & Safety.

- Certified First Aid Trainer (preferably recognized by Red Cross, St. John Ambulance, or similar organization).

- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in training or HSE roles within a mechanical or construction industry.
