FIRST AIDER

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated First Aider with 3–5 years of experience to provide critical care and support during medical emergencies. The ideal candidate must be based locally in Doha, Qatar, and available to start immediately. This role involves administering first aid, stabilizing injuries, and collaborating with emergency services to ensure the well-being of individuals in diverse settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate first aid care for injuries and illnesses (e.g., wounds, fractures, burns, and allergic reactions).
• Perform CPR and other life-saving procedures until professional medical help arrives.
• Assess emergency situations and make swift, accurate decisions to mitigate risks.
• Document incidents, casualties, and treatments administered thoroughly.
• Maintain, organize, and restock first aid kits and medical equipment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and emergency response teams.
• Conduct basic safety and first aid training sessions for employees or community members (optional, depending on company needs).
• Be available on-call for emergencies and respond promptly within Doha.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a first aid or emergency medical role.
• Valid first aid certification (e.g., BLS, CPR, ACLS) and Qatar Health Awareness Certificate (if applicable).
• Based locally in Doha, Qatar,
• Ready to start immediately—submit proof of availability.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in healthcare is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English (fluency required); Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask in high-stress environments.
• Basic understanding of emergency medical protocols and local healthcare regulations.
