First Aider / Site First Aid Officer

Obras Contracting LLC is looking for a qualified and responsible First Aider to join our construction team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for providing immediate medical assistance on-site and ensuring health and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid treatment to workers in case of injury or illness on-site
• Respond quickly to emergencies and coordinate with external medical services if required
• Maintain first aid kits and ensure all supplies are fully stocked
• Keep records of incidents, injuries, and treatments provided
• Assist in implementing health & safety procedures on site
• Conduct basic health checks when needed
• Support HSE team in safety drills and training

Requirements:

• Valid First Aid Certificate (DHA / DCAS / approved training center in UAE)
• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a First Aider (construction experience preferred)
• Knowledge of workplace health & safety practices
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to stay calm and act quickly in emergencies
• Physically fit to work on construction sites

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• UAE: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• First Aider : 1 year (Required)
