We are looking for a First Gen Summer Intern to join our Supply Chain team based in Adana Plant.

We are looking for a First Gen Summer Intern to join our Supply Chain team based in Adana Plant.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure the right product is delivered in the right quantity at the right time
- Take an active role in maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and utilities
- Conduct workshops and prepare reports including breakdown analysis, root cause identification, and time loss tracking to improve production efficiency and productivity; plan and execute preventive actions based on these findings
- Identify production performance issues and work in coordination with the production and other relevant teams to determine root causes
- Implement safety precautions within the area of responsibility and comply with all safety rules and regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain and uphold operational standards
- Act in accordance with the code of conduct and business ethics
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student who have completed at least their 2nd year
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering
- Fluent in both English and Turkish
- Available to work full-time in Adana Plant between July 1 – August 31
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Highly motivated to learn, develop new skills, and grow in a dynamic environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
