About The Role :

The First Mile Hub Supervisor – Box (Giza) is responsible for overseeing daily first-mile hub operations, ensuring timely pickups, accurate parcel processing, and smooth workflow. The role involves coordinating with business clients, monitoring couriers, and leading a team of hub agents and loaders to meet operational targets. The supervisor tracks key performance indicators, addresses operational issues and escalations, and prepares reports with recommendations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily first-mile hub operations, ensuring timely assignment of pickups to couriers
• Coordinate with business clients to schedule pickups and resolve operational issues
• Monitor and follow up with couriers to ensure parcels are collected and delivered to the hub on time
• Ensure accurate scanning, labeling, and documentation of parcels for visibility and traceability
• Lead,coach, and support a team of hub agents and loaders to meet daily operational targets
• Track KPIs such as pickup completion, parcel intake accuracy, and SLA adherence
• Handle operational issues and escalations, ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruption
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management for improvement
  
  
  

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, courier, or first-mile hub operations
• Strong knowledge of parcel handling, pickup assignment, and hub procedures
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and courier teams
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve operational targets
