Purpose of Job
- Teach and nurture preschool children.
- Manage classrooms effectively, ensuring both resources and students are well-handled.
- Implement teaching programs in alignment with the prescribed lesson plans and curriculum

Towards Students
- Apply diverse teaching techniques and strategies to achieve learning objectives.
- Provide activities and materials that intellectually engage and challenge students.
- Design and use effective tools to assess student learning outcomes.
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate student development consistently.
- Supervise students during class, playtime, and breaks to ensure safety and discipline.
Towards Parents
- Keep parents informed about their child’s academic and personal progress.
- Discuss concerns regarding behavior or issues openly and constructively.
- Share details about after-school activities, excursions, and school meetings.
- Collect and update parent feedback regularly.
- Encourage and facilitate parent participation during parent-teacher meetings.
Towards Management
- Participate actively in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
- Volunteer in organizing special events and activities.
- Maintain a healthy and professional relationship with peers and non-teaching staff.
- Uphold confidentiality of information at all levels.
- Be available to give extra time to the school if required, unless there is a genuine emergency (to be communicated in writing).

Requirements
Education Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Diploma/Certificate in ECCE / NTT / Montessori (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant teaching experience in preschool/early childhood education.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of child development, education theories, and practices.
- Awareness of safety procedures and child supervision requirements.
- Team-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective English communication (speaking and writing).
- Flexible, consistent, fair, and empathetic approach.
- Ability to safeguard and prioritize student interests.
