Job Title: Fishery Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Fishery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fishery section, ensuring proper handling, storage, display, and quality control of seafood products. The role includes supervising staff, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the fishery department.
- Ensure freshness, quality, and proper storage of seafood products.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory, and product ordering.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with company policies.
- Train and supervise fishery staff on proper handling and customer service.
- Coordinate product displays and ensure attractive presentation.
- Monitor sales performance and minimize product wastage.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fishery, seafood retail, or supermarket operations.
- Strong knowledge of seafood handling and food safety procedures.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Pay: QAR3,700.00 - QAR4,500.00 per hour
