With a rapidly expanding portfolio, our in-house Design & Fit-Out Division plays a key role in ensuring premium interior standards across residential and commercial properties.
We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Fit-Out Site Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site fit-out activities to ensure compliance with approved design drawings, materials, and specifications.
• Act as the main liaison between the Design Department and fit-out contractors during the implementation phase.
• Review and coordinate technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions to ensure alignment with the design intent.
• Monitor site progress and report updates, issues, or deviations to the Design Lead.
• Coordinate MEP works (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) with architectural and interior layouts to avoid conflicts.
• Conduct on-site MEP inspections to verify installations meet design and technical standards.
• Inspect joinery, woodwork, and bespoke items to ensure accuracy in detailing, dimensions, and finish quality.
• Inspect finishing quality and installation accuracy of materials and furniture.
• Perform regular daily site inspections and document progress with photos and daily/weekly reports.
• Attend coordination meetings with contractors, suppliers, and consultants as required.
• Assist in resolving design-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Verify delivered materials and finishes against approved samples prior to installation.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety standards, and all site regulations.
• Support handover documentation, snag lists, and project close-out procedures.

Requirements / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• 5–6 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out site supervision or project coordination
• Strong knowledge of interior detailing, joinery, woodwork, materials, and finishes
• Strong understanding of fit-out methods, sequencing, and technical standards
• Excellent communication skills with contractors, vendors, and the internal design team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Male candidate with strong communication skills in English and Arabic
• Valid UAE driving license
• Currently available in the UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
