1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to understand scope and technical requirements.
- Prepare detailed work schedules and sequences for fit-out activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Participate in site meetings and report progress, challenges, and solutions.
2. Site Supervision & Execution
- Supervise daily site operations for all finishing trades (e.g., partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, MEP-related finishes).
- Ensure that site work is executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Control manpower, materials, tools, and equipment usage on site.
3. Quality Control
- Conduct inspections and ensure work meets QA/QC requirements.
- Coordinate with QA/QC engineers for material approvals, mock-ups, and inspections.
- Identify and rectify workmanship issues promptly.
4. Material & Procurement Management
- Prepare material take-offs (MTOs) and raise material requisitions.
- Follow up with procurement teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Inspect received materials for compliance with project specifications.
5. Subcontractor Management
- Evaluate subcontractor work progress and compliance.
- Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to subcontractors.
- Verify subcontractor measurements and assist with billing/certification.
6. Health, Safety & Compliance
- Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE and safe work methods.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and work logs.
- Prepare weekly progress reports, snag lists, and handover documents.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings and final project documentation.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of interior works, construction methods, and finishing materials.
- Familiarity with MEP coordination in interior fit-outs.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings (architectural, structural, MEP).
Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Project management tools (MS Project or Primavera preferred)

Typical Experience
