Fit Out Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Fit-Out Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent coordination skills, and a proven record of delivering high-quality fit-out projects in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE in fit-out or interior construction projects
• Strong knowledge of site execution, material specifications, and project coordination
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, manage subcontractors, and ensure work quality and timelines
• Arabic speaking is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Available to join immediately (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure timely project delivery
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Prepare progress reports and assist in project documentation
• Support project managers in delivering fit-out projects efficiently
