Fit Out Engineer

• Design & Planning: Review architectural drawings, prepare shop drawings, material submittals, BOQs, and technical documentation.
• Site Supervision: Oversee daily activities like partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, and furniture installation, ensuring workmanship matches specifications.
• Coordination: Liaise with clients, designers, project managers, and subcontractors (including MEP) for seamless execution.
• Quality & Safety: Implement quality control, enforce safety compliance, and ensure adherence to project standards.
• Project Management: Develop schedules, track progress, manage budgets, procure materials, and report on status.
• Technical Solutions: Identify site problems and provide practical, timely technical solutions.
