Fit Out Engineer

About the Role

Monde Arabian Building Contracting LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Fit-Out Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution, site coordination, project supervision, and subcontractor management within commercial, residential, and retail projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day fit-out site activities
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ensure project execution according to drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Monitor quality control and site safety standards
• Prepare site progress reports and project updates
• Manage manpower, materials, and site logistics efficiently
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues
• Coordinate MEP, civil, ceiling, flooring, joinery, and finishing works
• Ensure smooth project handover within deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out/interior projects
• Strong understanding of fit-out materials and execution processes
• Ability to handle multiple projects and site teams
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and project documentation preferred
• UAE driving license is an advantage
