Fit-Out Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Estimator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out estimation with a solid understanding of MEP components and local UAE market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out works.
• Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Obtain and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, tender submissions, and clarifications.
• Work closely with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
• Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs.
• Maintain and update the database of suppliers, materials, and pricing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Fit-Out Estimator in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, methods, and pricing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines.
