Fit-Out Fabrication Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Fabrication/Production Manager with a strong background in Carpentry and Light Steel fabrication relating to Fixed furniture and Architectural detailing in Fit-Out disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead production of Furniture items as per Shop Drawings.
• Setting of Production targets and meeting them on weekly basis.
• Breakdown drawing into understandable dimensions for fabrication team
• Supervise and support carpenters and tradesmen to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in fit-out and bespoke carpentry management.
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery, woodworking tools, and traditional hand carpentry techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and architectural plans.
• Leadership skills with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Transferable Iqama
• Immediate Joiner (within 1 week)
