FIT-OUT FOREMAN

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Foreman to oversee and coordinate interior fit-out works on site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily activities, managing manpower, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site fit-out activities (joinery, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, MEP coordination).
• Manage daily manpower, subcontractors, and material requirements.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project timelines.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineer, and other trades.
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Enforce health, safety, and site regulations at all times.
• Report daily progress and site issues to management.
• Assist in material inspections and site measurements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Fit-Out Foreman in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works and finishes.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Familiar with UAE construction and safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
