Fit-Out Manager – Retail

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of retail store fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will manage contractors, timelines, and budgets to ensure high-quality store openings in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end retail store fit-out projects, including new stores and renovations
• Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per approved designs
• Supervise on-site construction, fixtures installation, and finishing works
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and company policies
• Review BOQs, quotations, and contractor invoices
• Resolve site issues and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaise with internal teams (Retail, Operations, Visual Merchandising) for smooth store handover
• Conduct final inspections before store opening

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in retail fit-out or interior construction projects
• Strong knowledge of retail store layouts, materials, and finishes
• Proven experience managing multiple sites simultaneously
• Excellent project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel between sites as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs250,000.00 per month
