Fit -Out MEP Engineer-Dubai

We are urgently hiring for a Fit out MEP Engineer with Interior fit out experience

As an MEP Engineer you will plays a crucial role in ensuring that the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are seamlessly integrated into the design and construction of interior spaces properly.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Coordination: Develop and coordinate MEP systems (HVAC, lighting, fire safety, plumbing) to align with architectural and interior layouts.
• Site Supervision: Oversee installation and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Project Management: Collaborate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution.
• Regulatory Compliance: Handle approvals from authorities like Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and Civil Defense.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and testing to ensure systems function efficiently and meet design intent.

Dubai-Specific Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Familiarity with UAE codes and authority approvals (Trakhees, DCD, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MSP, Primavera, Revit, and project scheduling tools is highly valued
• Bachelors in Electrical/HVAC/Mechanical engineering

• UAE Driving License? (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
