FIT OUT PROJECT ENGINEER

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Engineer with a minimum of 4-6 years of proven expertise in managing F&B interior fit‑out projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, authority compliance, and high‑quality execution for restaurants, cafés, kitchens, and food‑service establishments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise all site activities to ensure proper quality and compliance with project standards

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of F&B fit‑out projects.

• Coordinate with consultants, kitchen suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Ensure all project and site activities comply with Civil Defense standards, authority regulations, and mandatory safety requirement

• Manage and track all authority approvals and inspection requests.

• Review kitchen layouts, MEP drawings, exhaust/fresh air systems, and grease trap requirements.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with approved drawings.

• Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and ensure HSE standards are followed.

• Handle completion certificate process and final authority clearances.

• Prepare project progress reports and coordinate with project management teams.

• Manage variation orders, contractual documents, and project correspondence.

• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and kitchen items.

• Oversee QA/QC processes, HSE compliance, and technical specifications.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
