Fit Out Project Manager

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, regulatory/statutory requirements and quality standards
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget
• Ensure all project activities are executed according to the plan
• Be the focal points for project execution, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among all (internal) team members
• Act as the main point of contact for clients when it comes to technical matters, understanding their needs and expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Monitor project progress and quality, conducting regular site inspections and resolving any issues that arise to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards
• Track expenses and ensure cost-effective project delivery
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and other necessary records
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and project management concepts
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

  Requirements :
  

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or any related field
  • Holder of a valid UAE s Driving License (required)
  • At least 4 + years experience in working at a reputed Interior Fit-out
