Fit-out Supervisor

Supervise and control all civil and finishing activities on site (gypsum partitions, false ceilings, plastering, screeding, tiling, marble, waterproofing, etc.).

Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards.

Coordinate daily with subcontractors and in-house teams to ensure smooth workflow and sequence of activities.

Verify that proper materials, tools, and manpower are available to meet daily and weekly targets.

Monitor workmanship to maintain the highest finishing standards, especially in high-end interior spaces.

Coordinate with MEP and Joinery teams to ensure proper sequencing and interface alignment.

Conduct regular site coordination meetings with subcontractors to resolve technical or logistical issues.

Report site progress, delays, and material requirements through daily site reports.
