Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget while meeting quality standards. Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project plans and schedules to guide project execution and control.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.

- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risks proactively to ensure successful delivery.

- Monitor and report project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and legal requirements.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the UAE or similar region.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
