Roles and responsibilities
As project manager he/she is the primary point for all project-related activities, holding the overall responsibility for the successful execution of the project. He/she represents the Company towards the Client and resolve issues related to project implementation, ensuring full alignment with contractual, technical, and procedural requirements.
This role is specifically focused on supporting clients in the Middle East region.
The following are the key responsibilities and requirements associated with this position.
Project Planning and Documentation

Prepare comprehensive project plans and schedules.

Develop and update project documentation, including Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS), Installation and Test Plan (ITP), intervention preparation report, Factory Acceptance test (FAT) procedure, Site Acceptance Test (SAT) procedure, project close-out report.

Ensure documentation complies with company standards, contractual obligations, and customer-specific requirements.
Project Execution and Monitoring

Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed expectations in terms of quality, timelines, and budget.

Oversee engineering design, procurement, manufacturing and field activities to ensure compliance with specifications.

Coordinate with sales back-office for order processing, confirmations and invoicing.

Monitor project performance (time, cost, scope), proactively address risks and changes, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Ensure that the level of performance is in accordance with the Contract specifications, that the costs fall within the estimate limits, and that the execution time of the project phases progress as set down in the contract.

Maintain strong client communication to ensure satisfaction and alignment

Support resolution of payment issues, managing sensitive discussions with professionalism and cultural awareness.

Serve as the primary interface for the customer, managing communications, project reviews, audits, and system validation activities.

Coordinate cross-functional teams: Manufacturing, Logistics, Backoffice, IT, Installation, Commissioning, and Services.

Coordinate with partners, suppliers, and subcontractors familiar with or operating in the Middle East.

Assist the sales team with negotiations for variation orders and scope changes.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Support the After-Sales team in coordinating local field rework or replacement activities.

Provide regular reporting on project status, including financial forecast.

Maintain accurate project records and complete close-out documentation.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.

Proven experience in project management, preferably in industrial environments.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous; knowledge of French and/or Italian is an asset.

Strong client-facing and communication skills, with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Senior professional willing to take responsibilities and Good knowledge of the project management tools and techniques
-
Experience in negotiating with external service providers and contractors.

Background in managing field teams within technical engineering contexts.

Understanding of High Voltage and Power Distribution markets is a plus, including asset integrity and monitoring, sensing technologies, commissioning, testing and diagnostics.

Good knowledge of communication, electrical, electronic and network instruments.

Open to frequent travel on short notice in Middle East, and at EOSS facilities in Switzerland and Italy.

PMP certification or similar is a plus.
