Fit-Out Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out works.
• Manage teams: carpenters, electricians, painters, gypsum workers, MEP technicians.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure work follows drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Monitor progress and report to the Project/Construction Manager.
• Check quality of finishing (gypsum, painting, flooring, joinery, ceiling, glass).
• Ensure safety standards (EHS) and site cleanliness.
• Assist in material requests, quantity checking, and BOQ verification.
• Handle authority inspections (DCD, DM, DEWA) if required.
• Solve site issues quickly to avoid delays.
