Job Description: Fit-Out Technician

Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the following tasks need to be performed

· Carry out maintenance works on fit-out elements as reported by the Project Managers, including glass showcases, showcase housing and drawers, various drawer elements with sliders and hinges, wooden seating, and all equipment housing.

Painting Background

· Patching and painting

· Spray painting

· Paint mixing

· Touch-ups

· Selecting the correct tools for painting

· Preparing surfaces for painting

· Mixing and applying paint and varnishes

· Ability to use filler (putty) to repair cracks

Carpentry Background

· Wall cladding

· Solid wood supports

· Benches

· MDF panels

· MDF bases

· Cabinets

· Locks

· Ability to operate and use tools for carpentry work

Additional Responsibilities

· Assisting in creating preventive maintenance plans.

· Basic reporting skills.

· Maintaining a log of performed maintenance.

· Conducting patrols to prevent future issues

· Ability to work different shifts (morning and night shifts)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
